Billing questions

What does "3-month minimum" mean?

Monthly services run for at least three months. After that, you can stop at any time with 30 days' notice. One-off projects have no term.

Can I stop after month one?

Not on a monthly service. The minimum is three months because SEO work needs time to show. If you aren't sure, start with a one-off audit.

When do I pay?

One-off projects are paid at checkout. Monthly services are billed monthly in advance, starting at kick-off.

Is VAT included?

No. Prices exclude VAT. VAT at 21% is added at checkout and shown as its own line.

What is the refund policy?

One-off projects are refunded in full before kick-off and pro rata for unstarted work after it. Monthly services are not refunded for months already worked. Consumers also have the statutory 14-day right to withdraw. Full details are on the refund page.

What happens at the end of month three?

The service continues month to month. You can cancel with 30 days' notice, switch to a different service or stop.

Can I switch services or move into a package?

Yes. Tell us by email. We start the new service at the next billing date.
