Five steps from order to report

  1. Order

Choose a service, add it to the cart and check out. The audit is the usual first order. No call is needed, and one is available if you want it.

    You receive

    • Order reference
    • Confirmation by email
  2. Kick-off

You send the site address, read access to Search Console and Analytics if you have them, and a short note on your goals. We confirm the start date.

    You receive

    • Start date
    • Access checklist
  3. Work

We do the work in the order the plan sets out. Projects get a short note each week. Monthly services run on a monthly cycle.

    You receive

    • Weekly note (projects)
    • Work log (monthly)
  4. Review

You read the findings and ask questions. For audits we offer a walkthrough call. For ongoing services, review is part of the monthly planning.

    You receive

    • Walkthrough on request
    • Answers in writing
  5. Report

Monthly services close each month with one report, on the 5th: what we did, what moved and what is next. Projects close with a final report.

    You receive

    • One report
    • Next steps

  1. A: Summary. The answer on one page: what changed, what it means, what we suggest.
  2. B: What we did. Work completed this month, with links to the pages it touched.
  3. C: What moved. Rankings and traffic, with context. If something fell, we say so and say why.
  4. D: Next month. What we plan to do, and anything we need from you.
